Jan Logan Double Bay
The Evolution of a Classic Brand
Inspired by the fluid and soothing nature of water surrounding the Double Bay location, shades of blue and muted silvery greys are complimented by soft powdery pink, contrasted against bronze accents.
Evoking the cosmopolitan and sophisticated lifestyle of the area, sleek details such as the neutrally toned sweeping skin, punctuated with contrasting panelling, runs the perimeter of the space, mirrored on the softly rendered bulkhead, speaking to a contemporary aesthetic. Sumptuous deep blue velvet banquette seating and oak furniture pieces with boucle upholstery are reflective of the heritage of the Jan Logan brand.
Reminiscent of our design for the Jan Logan Brisbane location, the geometry and shapes of the precious and semi-precious stones, synonymous with the brand, were the inspiration behind the unique and sculptural display cabinets. Infused with its own unique personality, the material palette for Jan Logan Double Bay favours a cooler and more classic pairing of colours and textures. Unexpected elements such as the dramatic Cipollino Ondulato Rosso stone used throughout the space, has a bold and graphic nature, whilst reflective of the undulating movements of the ocean, central to the design concept.
